A Hydrogen Tech labelled Pass FrenchTech 2018, which testifies to the know-how and dynamism of the HYDEO® Sector in Occitania!

By | Actualités | No Comments

The Occitania/Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region has the ambition to become the 1st positive energy region in Europe by 2050. To this end, it has put in place a strategy called REST (Region with POSitive Energy).

HyDéO, born from this strategy, is the brand to represent the regional hydrogen animation carried by the Region, its economic development agency AD’OCC, ADEME and many regional actors.

Our CEO, Nicolas Jerez, is committed to the development of the hydrogen sector at the national level. In 2018, Nicolas Hulot, Minister of Ecological and Solidarity Transition, launched the hydrogen deployment plan for the energy transition to which Bulane has subscribed.

But, our Hérault startup is also very involved regionally in the launch of the HyDéO brand, wanted by the Occitania Region, which is focusing on the development of this sector: “The ambition is to develop an ecosystem of actors on the territory to build an industrial sector”, Nicolas Jérez told Objectif LR.

QSE & RSE commitment: major subcontracting partnership with APF Entreprises 34

By | Actualités | No Comments

It is with APF34, an adapted company specialized in industrial integration employing people with disabilities and/or integration, that Bulane has entered into a subcontracting partnership.

The adventure began in February 2018, where for 3 weeks, 2 employees of APF ENTREPRISES 34 were trained by engineers, in the premises of BULANE.

In parallel with the training, the Methods department, in collaboration with the team leader and operators, defined an optimized, ergonomic production line that can be adapted to the increase in throughput. The line was then installed by the Maintenance department to start the pre-series.

At the end of April, production was able to start with a gradual increase in production.

“If possible, we want to work on the territory in an ecosystem with people who have a CSR approach. Hence this bet with Christophe Rey to make disabled people work in integration. The 400 machines were made by the 45 employees of APF 34, who manufacture 80% of each device, the rest being made at Bulane. We will entrust them with all of next year’s production, or about 800 machines. “, specifies Nicolas Jérez.
